TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.Non-Voting Membership: Institutional Membership of ASDF is purely non-voting in nature. Member institutions shall not have voting rights in ASDF’s General Body, Executive Council, District, State, or National-level elections or decision-making processes.

2.Non-Governing Role: Institutional Members are not eligible to hold any elected or nominated office within ASDF at any level.

3.Membership Validity: Life Membership is valid for the lifetime of ASDF, subject to compliance with its rules and regulations. Annual Membership is valid for one year and must be renewed annually.

4.Use of Name & Logo: Member institutions may use the ASDF name and logo only for approved activities and collaborations, subject to prior written permission from ASDF.

5. Compliance with Policies: All member institutions must comply with ASDF’s constitution, bylaws, code of conduct, and relevant national policies including NEP 2020.

6. Right to Amend: ASDF reserves the right to modify membership benefits, terms, or fees with due notice to member institutions.

7. Termination Clause: ASDF reserves the right to suspend or terminate Institutional Membership in case of violation of ASDF rules, misuse of name/logo, or activities detrimental to the objectives of ASDF.

Note: Institutional Membership is intended to promote collaboration, academic enrichment, physical literacy, and sports development in alignment with NEP 2020, and does not confer any administrative or voting authority within ASDF.
