Guidelines for Opening District Chapters
(Under the National Body of ASDF – Without Voting Rights)
The Amateur Sports Development Federation (ASDF) permits the formation of District Chapters to promote Physical Education, Sports, Fitness, and Wellness at the grassroots level. All District Chapters shall function strictly under the authority, supervision, and control of the National Body of ASDF.
Status of District Chapters
- District Chapters are functional and administrative units of ASDF and do not have independent legal status.
- District Chapters shall function under the National Body of ASDF.
- District Chapters and their office bearers shall not have voting rights in the General Body, Executive Committee, Governing Council, or any policy-making body of ASDF at the District, State, or National level.
