Upon affiliation with the National Body of ASDF, the District Chapter shall be entitled to receive 40% of the membership fee collected from members enrolled under that particular District Chapter
The reimbursed amount shall be utilized only for district-level activities, programs, events, and administrative purposes related to Physical Education and Sports.
District Chapters shall maintain proper accounts and submit utilization statements and reports to the National Body as and when required.
The National Body of ASDF reserves the right to audit or inspect the financial records of District Chapters.
District Chapters shall not: Act independently or claim autonomy Take policy decisions on behalf of ASDF Represent ASDF at State or National level without authorization
The use of ASDF name, logo, letterhead, or branding shall be permitted only with prior approval from the National Body.
All District Chapters shall strictly adhere to the Constitution, Bylaws, Rules, Regulations, and Code of Conduct of ASDF.
The National Body of ASDF reserves the right to suspend, dissolve, or withdraw affiliation of any District Chapter in case of non-compliance or activities detrimental to the objectives of ASDF.
District Chapters are implementation and coordination units only, established to strengthen grassroots development of Physical Education and Sports. They do not possess voting rights or governing authority within the ASDF NGO.
